If Digimest fails to deliver the purchased service within the agreed timeframe and no substantial work has been completed, the customer may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
2. Duplicate Payment
If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service, the excess payment will be refunded after verification.
3. Technical Inability to Deliver

Non-Refundable Situations
